Mondays 6:15-7:30
Participants will need a yoga mat, yoga bolster or equivalent, two 4" yoga blocks or rolled bath towels, two hand towels, a blanket, and a yoga strap or belt.
This class is online only and sold as a session; no drop-in classes are available at this time. A Google Meet link will be sent to participants upon registration, with class opening 10 minutes before class starts.
The class session is also available to purchase as a series of videos to be viewed asynchronously at your convenience, for the duration of the five week session. Please reach out to Susan FMI!
